Dispersal of cooking gas system in Chennai

Dispersal of cooking gas system in Chennai, sucks. Literally sucks. There is one agency called "South Madras Gas Agency" at R.A.Puram. Whenever, I try to book for my monthly subscription, I would never get connected. The phone will be always busy. After n number of tries, finally a woman from that organization will pickup with a hasty voice. We need to directly tell the subscription number and she will just say "after 10 days". I will try to communicate with her everytime, that I am a working woman, so take a standing order to issue it on saturdays. This women will never listen and hang the phone within seconds.

Now a days, a new system has been introduced it seems. We can order only after 21 days of previous supply. Without knowing this I wasted my time in trying to get connected with the agency. After n number tries, she picks up and listens to my subscription number and says, you need to call only on 24th (I am calling on 23rd!!!). I told her why dont she take the order in a day advance or take a note of it and book it tomorrow ( thinking on the pain, time and effort of connecting with her again). But she did not listen to any of my words and hung the phone again.

24th Oct. After n number of tries, same female voice. Ok.. you will get it after 10 days. I rushingly told "mam please issue it on the respective saturday"...her immediate response was to hung the phone.........hmmmmmm...poor me..

I hate this system basically. Why dont they have a BPO kind of customer service and and train those females to listen to the customers at the first instance? Why dont they ask an option, when to deliver the gas cylinder at home and at what preferred time at a good and nicer voice? Is it possible to teach those females, about customer care?

This system of delivering the gas cylinder simply sucks!!!!!!!
